Mudslide Cocktail: alcoholic cocktail milkshakes
Alcohol parading as a milkshake – pure evil, if it wasn’t such genius, and delicious genius at that! Mudslides is how I know these cocktails, but tell me if you know them by another name. For my version, which is enough for two good size mudslides you’ll need:
50ml Bailey’s Irish Cream
50ml Kahlua (or another coffee liquer)
50ml Vodka
4 scoops Vanilla ice cream
2 scoops Chocolate ice cream
150ml Single cream
10 ice cubes
Chocolate sauce (optional for serving)
