Guest speakers included, Deputy Director, of the DoD’s Office for Force Health Protection and Readiness, Dr. Michael Kilpatrick, National Institute on Drug Abuse’s, Dr. Wilson Compton and NIDA Researcher’s, Dr. Abigail Gewirtz and Dr. Kathleen Carroll.
