Dr. Schindler interviews Mrs. Anderson, a 52 year old schoolteacher who was in an auto accident 6 months previously. Orthopedic and rehab evaluations have stated that given her negative x-ray and CT studies, she should be fully recovered. However, she complains of persistent debilitating pain.
